Not sure what else to do really. Nothing to do with .0001's but speculate, I mean, they obviously weren't expecting to be able to sell all those shares on L2, I always saw the SS would be too heavy for that, so the question was always why take out so many notes? IMO, Bernstein got to run up the credit card until the end of 2015...now it will all get cleared out but without the damaging effects a BK would have had.
