They probably give you 98% of the share price in cash, and you will have 0 shares.

Anyone with less than 1 share is essentially forced to sell.

After destroying the share price, they can basically buy back super discounted shares and take ownership. That could be 1 goal.

If so, they may do 20,000, to wipe out twice as many shareholders.
