Few question charting. Many charting books are likely scams themselves. But there's almost nothing courts can do to stop books that have no basis in fact. Make up "a system," perhaps publish a book, and then sell courses on your system.
Even if your system is worth no more than a coin flip. Or has the accuracy of a broken clock. ... wrong mostly, but perchance on the mark occasionally.
