hmmmmmm let me see if I can recall that "successful" strategy. Let's see, first they assume no efficacy will be needed, promise an NDA by end of 2014, find out they were dead wrong and take over a year to do the study and submit. Is that the successful strategy they are following again?? LOL LOL
