Also PUMA at the .01 ask, has been there since then or before with those last issued shares. They were selling some at .005s-.007s then raised it to .01 and have been there since.

So while it appears like recent diluting at.099s-.01, it was at least 5 month old shares being released now near .01

Same with VNDM at .015
