It's the shorts that causes the drop. When they find a stock that they can manipulate like this one the jump all over it like stink on a skunk. It's the continued support that makes it rise.

Agree. But their decisions are based on Titan's moves. They know when to push up the price and when to pull back based on what Titan does.
