They already sold some of the $45M in the two earlier offerings in Nov and Feb. it's a cumulative $45M under the August base shelf prospectus, of which the two earlier offerings comprised $11.5M and $12.075M. So they can finance up to $21.425M with the base prospectus currently in force. At $1 per unit, this means they'd add 21.425M shares if they sell the rest in this offering, bringing the OS shares to 130M + 21.425M.

Worth 10x that as an acquisition alone. After SAGES, SPORT advances robotic surgery. If acquired with an entrenched and established sales force they could easily place a few units in every region within 6 months. With 50 sales reps that's about $150M alone is SPORT purchase. Throw in service contracts, disposables, etc.... Easily $200M first 6 months. Investment recouped within 3 years, conservatively!
