We have seen stocks with over 4 billions shares out that ran from these levels to .10 in weeks with the right news and updates

The Q should be released by March 31 and the reverse split will be out of the question. An increase ? Most likely but is " for real good reasons ".

As I indicated wait and see what the news will be . IMO all indications are setting this up for a massive run
