Still doesn't explain why individuals who received RXSF B with their respective NET WORTH"S, couldn't pay for shares, even at a discount with RXSF in need of Capital. Bonus to CEO was also a bad idea. To play B shares as a ABSOLUTE NECESSITY and Insiders had no choice, but to take 2 million worth of common shares, leaves potential RXSF commons with the same questions I have?
