Actually the 910K loss was for the first half of 2015 alone.

Full year 2015 audited financials for UMS have not been published yet. And then there is the 895K lawsuit filed against UMS for non payment of goods received.

I don't see a single positive thing about this revived .0001 clunker.

I suspect shenanigans revolving around the 1.2 billion shares issued in the .0001 .0002 range.
