The fallacy of falsehood that if a ticker has billions of shares, it cannot move, is simply not true, in any sense of the idea.
If this were so, there would be no such thing as the OTC, simply because it would be worth zilch for anyone to enter the arena.
We hear this parroted all around, and it's ludicrous mathematically, that the PPS can not move. It does, every day in the OTC, every day.
