#9787 RE: RDY2ROCK #9785

RDY: Before KEYO was cancelled, it was a popular myth that trading showed it could still be used as the parent and proof positive that Soon-Shiong planned to use Keyon in a RTM. Since it stopped trading in the year everyone predicted the RTM, no one has taken the time to explain how a non-trading non-existent former company is used in a RTM.

So, KEYO stock trades and it's just some simple paperwork to make reinstate it w/ the DE SOS making it again a shell company that could be used for a reverse merger.

All I know for sure is he spent time, money & effort to keep it actively trading

Trying to argue for narrow definitions of 'company,' 'registered,' and 'dissolved' does not improve your bad judgement of what KEYO, how the SEC views KEYO and why they continue to allow it to trade.

- Exchange Listed: it is better for the Shell Stock to be listed on a stock exchange (NYSE, AMSE, NASDAQ, OTCBB). But, there are some quality Shell Companies that are trading on the Pink Sheets. (CHECK!)

This is not an issuance of new securities (yet) but a private placement for those investors that will receive new shares (along with Shiong) in a public trading company! Why will this be a R/M instead of an IPO? Because Dr. Shiong has been sufficient in raising his own capital thus far without an IPO.

that the very nature of a tracking stock requires first the parent company to be public so it can issue its subsidiary tracking stocks, begs the question...HOW IS DR.SS PLANNING ON TAKING THE PARENT COMPANY, NANTWORKS LLC PUBLIC BEFORE issuing its first tracking stock IPO, NantHealth, LLC, most likely later this year?

Oh, I get it. This was a scam. It just needs a new coat of paint to explain what to do now that it no longer trades and will never trade again.
