I don't think they allowed it in the full inquiry. Where do you see that?

I don't see anything in the WDDD response that shows they had access to anything further than the contract that they found.

The courts denied it because effectively just 'suggesting you have a view that there is a relationship = hearsay' and if they don't have something substantive to go on they don't have to allow it.

For whatever reason, the judge felt that contract was not enough reason, thus why I said it 'stinks bad'....to me sounds like corporatism by the PTAB as usual, and the stock seems to reflect that view.

I am not knowledgeable enough to know about the technical arguments to wont even go there, but I do think that the argument that Bungie is a proxy was not given due process.
