Fern Hill is selling the RoadKill beverage line.
V-Group, or VGID, sells the A.N.D. beverage line
The reason behind the two separate companies is the same reason Coke and Nestle aren't under the same label....why would they?
Buzzy was merely a consultant in the incubation process of Fern Hill. Its kind of like if your friend saw you build a boat and decided your expertise would be valuable when he began construction on his own. He asks you to help in return for some kind of payment. Once the boat is finished you go back to sailing on YOUR boat. Would you still claim his boat as yours because you helped him develop it?

Roadkill is the product of Fernhill Beverage. It is a separate company entirely. Many remain confused about the Fernhill/VGID relationship, so I will clarify one more time.

Robert Campbell and Douglas Homis thought there was a niche in the beverage industry that was an opportunity for them. They came up with a vitamin enriched drink aimed at the youth market.

Because those youth between ages 7 and 14, seem to be attracted to toys, curios and other such products that exemplify gross annotations, they adopted the RoadKill theme for their beverage.

Now here is where VGID & Buzzy enter the picture. Although Campbell & Homis had an idea, they had little or no experience in the beverage industry. They hired Buzzy to help launch their product. Because they had little cash to launch their product or to compensate Buzzy/VGID, it was agreed that the best means of raising capital and compensating Buzzy/VGID, was to go public with a company to launch their brand of product.

Buzzy/VGID agreed to help market Roadkill, while also promoting AndDrink. In return, Buzzy/Vgid would be compensated with a portion of FernHill Beverage, in the form of shares in that company.

Now the interesting thing. Buzzy, both personally and as CEO of VGID could have kept that compensation. Both to enrich himself and to help finance the growth of VGID. But Buzzy, being who he is, decided to share with VGID share holders. That is how it stands today.

So, let us be clear. VGID never owned the RoadHill product or Idea. That was the brain child of Robert Campbell and Doug Homis.
