"POWN is Stan Lee's vanity shell" - I would bet that he would prefer a vanity shell worth hundreds of millions vs. one worth a few million....just sayin'.
I'm thinking he's a lousy business man, not a con artist. A con artist statement doesn't make sense on a pure logic level, although name calling is more satisfying.
