How ADIAs destiny was placed in the hands of these people resulting in disaster is enough for you to lose any benefit of doubt moving forward

I was promised the "going private" spin-out of the legacy forensics business by five separate people, none of whom showed me any reason to believe they were going to self-destruct, not even Shelly Singhal whose pending criminal prosecution for alleged securities fraud I examined in depth before deciding he was telling the truth about what happened and furthermore that he actually could be governed by contract and the rules and the rule of law.

The delays and added complexity of either completing the spin-out or renaming Adia Nutrition as "Homeland Forensics, Inc." today have caused harm, I agree, but there's no reason to exaggerate. Your notion that the harm is large and irreversible is just wrong -- the only way it would have been possible to grow previously would have been if the company had access to new capital, which as you know it did not.

No Accredited Investor other than those offering toxic debt will agree to invest in a turnaround story in which the non-Accredited public investors retain their current relative ownership positions.

Starting in June there will be a path forward that did not exist when I agreed to trust the judgment of the largest shareholder of PivX Solutions and the other four people who promised that at the very least the development of Homeland Forensics would be able to continue in parallel with the development of 3Me, Inc. (Adia Nutrition).

If the JOBS Act rules had been in effect in 2011 then I would not have agreed and we would not now be discussing this, there would be a better condition of the company and transparency into things that aren't a waste of time for people to read.

I will publish the Agreements when my Power of Attorney is finalized. It is pointless and potentially misleading to do so before that time. I don't want Agreements to suddenly show up in 8-K filings until the Power of Attorney does also. There should not be any problem completing the Power of Attorney, I have been told it is being done, but until it actually is done this is a hypothetical scenario that I have already been more than transparent and 100% truthful in describing.
