The CEO needs to get off her you know what, quit twitting, file the form and get the necessary financing. The 170,000 crew per quarter crew need to start earning their money. Most companies declare bonuses when money is in the checking account. When you borrow money to pay your salary and have no real skin in the game other than you hope you still have a job, you can wait and pontificate and declare bonuses. After all, it is not your money.
