Not posted as info but as opinion. There has been no info posted re
VELA in almost two years. Notice the STOP.

BTW - I e-mailed VELA's alleged transfer agent which was Quicksilver
in Las Vegas. I posted their response. Take it, leave it, or conduct your own DD if you don't believe it.
