True but the shell is owned by investors with Ritchey acting as advisor...we should be getting news on what's going on soon as well as a name change and new ticker...as far as I know, the share structure is still relatively low so hopefully the reverse split is no longer in play and this may well skyrocket if the right company moves in..this has ALOT of potential right now

THats exactly the way I interpreted it...Cable company now private...and shares in the public shell are still owned by some of the insiders...Maybe this private investment group has a company to reverse in here? ..I wouldn't hold my breath..but I would certainly keep an eye here..never know what might come into the shell
