Lots of ways it could be done but the best scenario is that it is done At Market and they already have a big investor waiting in the wings to scoop up the shares. This would probably be the best case in that it would be nondilutive, create a bunch of new capital, and get a public endorsement from a big player.
As I have said earlier, I trust Colas judgement and believe he has something in place. Too many hints were dropped during the CC about the urgency to do this reverse split.
Would not be the first time I have been wrong but right now i feel really good about recent events.
