and yep, January set a new record not just for the warmest January ever, but also for the all-time greatest above-average departure from that month's measuring-period average temperature -- and then February set a new record not just for the warmest February ever, but also not only broke but shattered that brand-new January record as the most above-average month ever -- coming off 2015's not only breaking but shattering the all-time record for warmest year on record -- . . .
