Personally I agree with your statement about the company.

POWN is most likely a vanity shell for his own ego.

I've mentioned more than a few times, I think POW! was set up as a hobby for Stan and allow him to offset the costs on others.

But, I also think there is potential value here, should Stan come up with any valuable IP (or people think he has).

I'm not Stan Lee. But, there is no way to prove it short of meeting me and even that might not be convincing. If I were Stan, I could afford to pay someone to pose as rickn23. You can certainly check my past messages (except for all the ones that are no longer around) for some of my history with this company, at least on iHub.
