Check page 14 of the ROTH Presentation. That 200 M loan guaranteed by DOE would send the company directly to the big leagues. Page 33 compares the adoption of technology. They have the patents and the process can be used everywhere. Cheap oil or expensive oil, it doesn't matter. The process increases productivity in general.
