Company shows impressive growth since 2013 when Trade Leasing got aquired. 100% increase in annual sales between 2013 and 2014. First Q of 2016 is equally impressive - $925k Q1 2016 compared to $554k Q1 2015. Based on recorded numbers we can project around $4 mln in annual sales for 2016 (company moved to bigger facility last fall of 2015 to continue its growth). Company would have to trade at pps $0.07 to have market cap $4mln. Based on already recorded revenue of $2.6mln for 2015 and ratio 1, OS 60M, fair market cap should be around $2.6mln which give us pps $0.04+.
Dramatic drop in pps in January/February was a result of convertible notes, lack of awarness in a market, and very small liquidity (float 5M in January 2016). OS increased by 46M since notes started converting which should cover an amount of notes shown on last Q. We are anticipating 8k or news from a company that all notes are converted in very near future.

Trade Leasing, Inc., a California corporation, was incorporated on November 1, 2011, and commenced business January 1, 2013. Trade Leasing Division (Delta Stag) is involved in the manufacture and repair of truck bodies. The facility manufactures both custom and standard production truck bodies in approximately 70 different models designed to fill the specialized demands of the user. The vans are available for hauling dry freight or refrigerated freight. The refrigerated vans are built with two to four inches of foam insulating that is sprayed in place for hauling refrigerated products such as meats, vegetables, flowers and similar products. The Company's customers are auto dealers and users of trucks; such as dairies, food distributors and local delivery. The company has approximately 400 customers. One customer South Bay Ford represented more than 10% of sale in the last 12 months. The company is not dependent on a few major customers. Trade Leasing Inc. employs 23 factory workers and three management personnel. The management personnel make all of the sales and manage the factory. The company has all of the government licenses necessary to conduct its business. Service Team Inc., effective September 1, 2015, leased new facilities at 1818 Rosslynn Avenue, Fullerton, California, to manufacture its products. The location consists of three acres of land and one building of approximately 30,000 square feet. The facility is approximately one-third larger than the prior facility in South Gate.

VILLA PARK, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 30, 2015 / Robert L. Cashman, President of Service Team Inc. (SVTE), announced today that Service Team Inc. is continuing its practice of reporting positive results for the three month period ending May 31, 2015. The company reported sales of $709,520 and a net profit of $56,413. This compares to the same period last year with sales of $450,237; an increase of fifty-eight percent (58%) over the prior period. Overall performance for the nine months year to date totaled sales of $1,876,415 compared to the nine month period of the prior year of $1,340,755; or, an increase of thirty-nine percent (39%).
