The last 10K showed the number of shares Stan and his wife owned. And the 10K at the end of March will show how many he had when it was filed. Any buying or selling would be subject to filing SEC Form 4.
But, you are free to believe the unsubstantiated beliefs of the other poster, that runs contrary to provided evidence.
Please check the SEC filings and ownership records. If those documents, that Stan has done interviews from the POWN offices, mentions POWN regularly is not enough to convince you of his interest in this stock, than I don't know what else can be said to you.
