I respectfully disagree with your representation on payment, and have not seen any indication of cash payments. The mandatory disclaimer has been on several articles, and notes 50,000 "restricted shares," and the value of those shares when the engagement for "ongoing media coverage" was agreed upon several months ago at a time when the shares were selling higher than right now. In any event, this is typical for micro-caps, and the shares tendered are, I believe, restricted as to time and perhaps PPS. I chose to focus on the positive in the article with regard to the ongoing maintenance contract and recurring revenue, which has been detailed previously, along with the separate $7 Million+ 12-month contract in the services area, which is reportedly generating around $600,000 per month in revenue just on that contract alone through mid-summer of this year.
