#64773 RE: ipnoob #64772

No, I made the mistake of going long at above $50. I do wish I would have shorted it at that point...I would be rich today rather than down a quarter of a million. Just because I am long and buried, I still comment on what the facts are, not what I hope they would be...no reason to pump and look stupid!

On my posts that may appear to others as negative...I do hope that my analysis is wrong in many situations. But facts are facts.

As to the comment you would like to buy shares at a lower price, you may want to think twice about this latest press release and the implications to share price going forward.

I'm sure that there are a number of companies interested in acquiring VRNG's assets...mainly their patent portfolio and are willing to pay up for that...maybe offering $10, $15 or even $30 a share. Well that is not going to happen under the suggested provisions...unless VRNG managements waves the provision.

In one way this does protect the asset value of the Company. But it also, hurts share price until such time as a much higher "offer" price comes in.

So, this newest provision, is good if you are a long term holder of the stock as it gives VRNG time to try to produce operating income to take advantage of the NOL's and/or protects you from a low ball take-over offer.

If you are someone buying VRNG today hoping for a quick 5 or 10 bags, the provision may not be in your best interest.

This is not to say that tomorrow, VRNG settles with a number of infringing companies for tens of millions of dollars and the stock shoots up...BUT...this has not happened in the Company's history.

So again, just take my comments as my personal analysis of the facts...not negative nor positive buy just analysis.

The nice thing about this site, if you don't like hearing from a poster, you can just block them.

VRNG24, who likes to post information from third parties with pumping comments has blocked me from commenting on his twitter posts since my comments contain facts with no pump...again just a fact.
