I echo your sentiments and hope Dr.Ivan will chime in and give his opinion on this. I'm baffled by this process "craphead" is taking. It seems ridiculous to me that Sunshine is trading under a freaking penny if this is as great as brando5 is claiming it is. What the hell really is going on here!?
Likely the same reason anyone would do It. He stands to gain more now by taking all the shares. All rich people are still going to get outside funding and let others take the risk. IMO Look what he just did. He ended up taking 65% of the company with shares. So for him if what he believes is that is a billion dollar drug. He owns most of it now. And there are rules about his stuff that the money poeple can answer better than me.
