SIPC has fewer liabilities than any other stock in the hemp sector, and I truly vetted them all before jumping in today, from NYSE on down to OTC Pink.

Further, the barrage of current news Major Hemp has released re: distribution agreements, sales of hemp oil, supply agreements with breweries and the like add revenue streams without adding any debt (toxic or otherwise)

So wanting to get into the hemp sector that IMO is primed for a huge run, short term and long term, I chose SIPC because:

1) Very few liabilities
2) Increasing and varied revenue streams
3) Great share structure/low float

But they do have one convertible promissory note, since September of 2014 when they acquired KCN Capital, LLC. It's for $62,680. Here's a screenshot of page 8 of the 2015 Q3 10k, showing the Convertible Promissory Note they have carried since EOY 2014:
