Heres 3 good reasons why it wont

1. News of multiple reverse splits coming and 6 fold increases in the share structure. They can run the OS and float to 300mil do a rs then do it again

2. Institutions are selling their shares of SGY on this horrendous news.

3. Hedge funds aren't about to take the long side of this trade for more than a few hours.

And a bonus reason the lawyers are in charge at SGY now
