it's as small and shitty as the most toxic dumper. BKRT, VNDM. take your pick, they all suck.

some called the company and were told happy-talk BS about the sellers being friendly. that turned out to be a total crock.

ask management for a PR detailing the end of dilution plan. hold their feet to the fire. if they don't have the brains to file a registration statement then we really should walk and let this go to no bid.

from what i saw in filings, there's over $100K in new dilution by this summer. all of it avoidable, IF they act now.
