#828 RE: Village man #794

LAS VEGAS, March 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- XLI Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK: XLIT) (the "Company" or "XLI") is pleased to announce that it has expanded its recently announced exclusive distribution and marketing rights agreement (the "Agreement") with Bosch Technologies, LLC ("BTL") to include additional products. As previously stated, BTL has acquired these distribution rights from Triton Solar, LLC ("Triton").

But more important than the technology are the contracts.

The manufacturer/inventor is Triton Solar.

Triton Solar has a sole related distributor: CruGlobal

But here's the next CATCH: XLIT doesn't contract with Cru Global and Triton; it contracts with another corporation set up by Mr. Schramm: BOSCH TECHNOLOGIES (BTL)

BOSCH INTERNATIONAL (DBA XLIT) was incorporated 5/7/15

BOSCH TECHNOLOGIES (BTL) was incorporated 11/20/15
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=rsgnOabhsR%252fIuzp5Nbq9Sw%253d%253d&nt7=0

And BTL is 100% owned by James Schramm with possible part ownership of his wife Renelyn.

IOW, Bosch International had an initial contract with CruGlobal dating back to May 2015. Mr. Schramm sets up another private corporation 6 months later to act as an intermediary for future XLIT contracts.

Huh???

The self-dealing self enrichment is egregious. IF XLIT has genuine revenues XLIT will pay 5% royalty to BTL on top to the $47M licensing fee. (see next post)

For three months ending 11/30/15, XLIT had already accrued $116K in SGA expenses; I wonder if the bulk of those expenses are salary and/or consulting fees to James Schramm.
