It's just the market makers with a little bit of manipulation because the common folk aren't putting in enough money to actually make visible change yet. First indication of positive news and its off to the races.

I have not been paying attention, you would notice it is in a holding pattern, by design I might add........this thing WILL take off when it is ready, and I am guessing sooner than later, then the year end comes out,....so just hand in there another 10 days or so, see how this plays out.........
