News on 03/18 --- CARBYLAN THERAPEUTICS, INC. Files SEC form 8-K, Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule!

Two weeks ago I was told the 10-K should be filed then. However so far it is still due! Hopefully they will file on 03/22/2016... Otherwise they must have some trouble or their financial data get much worse now!

Anyway with "Stock Delisting", "Shareholder's Lawsuit" (see the link below), and "Seriously 10-K Filing-Delay" etc. bad news let's see if $0.52 can hold the Bottom support in the coming days/weeks...
