Does anyone know the holding date of FABU to qualify for the Lisbyn IPO? Thinking if you can by FABU now for $.16 and still qualify for the share for share Lisbyn IPO at $.65 it seems like a pretty sweet arbitrage situation. May also explain why FABU have moved from $.01 to $.16 in the past few weeks. Thoughts?
