All containers are interlocking at all eight corners with turnbuckles for stability when transporting. As per the patent infringement agreement both DDCC and Synergy are free to utilize the hopper style containers for the transport of bulk commodities.
Besides that DDCC still owes Synergy approx. $575,000.00 as part of that same infringement agreement and are delinquent in their payments.
