You don't know if Intermountain is profitable - have you seen the financials?

If Intermountain was profitable there isn't any way that Andrew would reverse merger it into a zombie shell with such a shady history.

That is just believing the Remuda pumping nonsense. This was setup as a share selling scheme from the beginning.
