Perhaps the ones there at 10:00PM have nothing elseto do but act like real brokers. LOL

IMO unless you have a personal broker, the E Trade, Mytrack brokers etc. are all useless and certainly don't give a darn about their customer's business. I can't blame this bud guy for believing the broker but have found they're simply worthless.

I agree. They might be able to call a certain department like if there was a divy coming and do they see it and things like that but I seriously doubt a etrade rep went over a PR and explained it to a customer.
