IMO, this is actually quite interesting.

As for this:

The most important adverse events reported were abdominal pain, skin rash and increase of amylase with pancreatitis, which occurred in 7% of patients.

I have to say that I disagree that "most prevalent" is the same as "most important," although I note that English may be a second language for all the authors.
