You make it difficult to look at RXSF Objectively and made it even harder to become an RXSF Investor. You missed the point.
I am saying if it is "compact car" package, don't try to pass it off as a Rolls Royce, or if it is great "Mac and Cheese" don't try to convince people it's as good as Filet Mignon.
We all started somewhere paying higher rates, and are now getting better preferred rates. The Investor RXSF needs can see through the HYPE here, and although takes longer time frame to invest, if RXSF produces, they will be here much longer than you. Myself being one of them. POOF!!!
