It's far more than double, as it stands now according to current quarterly reports, all those convertible demand notes convert at .0006 based on 50% discount of lowest closing price in 12 months.
With this scam you're looking at somewhere around 18 billion shares. 'fully diluted' more than 3 times current outstanding, waiting to pound on every BS pump to dump, paid promotional news. ;(
Disclaimer: I'm not shorting this scam, nor would I or have I ever touched 1 single share. And I support decriminalizing pot too. Not long not short, simply not an idiot who'll gamble on pure proven scams. . If this scam had not already proven that they've robbed people for more than 200 million bucks, I wouldn't give a crap.. BUT the disclosure inside their files prove it to be FACT!!
