Again moron SHOM was listed in NV as a Foreign Corp. meaning they didn't do business in NV. The dissolved in NV last December

They already were a Nevada Corporation and in the past few weeks have changed to Wyoming.

Now add in a much larger company with SHOM's million in sales & a debt free balance sheet and you have all the ingredients for a historic merger. Seeing those lofty valuations of the competitors, the SHOM merger deal has a lot more upside than many realized.

Absolutely I posted the link for the Wyoming Corp set up for SHOM. It is active and SHOM is now a Wyoming corp. Merger friendly Wyoming. CEO said he would have news about the move to Wyoming and the benefits.
