CAUTION on FHAL management: Read this for sure!

Hi ppl I am new to this forum and was DDing into this stock which is buzzing everywhere.
Is any body bothering to enquire into the histories of the three ceos of FHAL whom you've been calling. Do you know a lawsuit was filed against them in BBAN for defrauding company shareholders ?

CVSU is a legitimate company agreed but where does it ever say even in the 8k or PR that present FHAL holders will receive 15$ ? All you have is a pr addressing the concerns of only CVSU share holders and telephone assurances which wont stand up in any legal forum...from the ceos point of view, they know post merger thier FHAL shares are worth nothing and hence 'spread the word that you'll all receive 15$. This way they dump their shares. These 3 people have obviously gotten away with it before doiing the same thing with BBAN (sold their shares with the PRs) and are up to it again. Has anyone given thought to this scenario?

I'm sure gonna draw flak but give me factual answer.
