Sure they can. If they get the patents, if they start the human trials, if said trials are successful... This time next year could potentially be looking at a dollar. A few years down the road, could be a few dollars. If they get this drug through all the government hoops and approved by the FDA and turn it into a working product for sale, many dollars. There's going to be slot of ups and down along that path because the only way for them to be able to finance their operations is through conversion deals. I'm choosing to trade on the details in the filings. Haven't lost money here yet. Others play strictly the charts. Some people do nothing but accumulate every chance they get hoping for that big payout years down the road.
