Yes the current value of the company from a simple analysis is around where we're at now, but the CEO has stated very clearly a merger that will add exponential growth and value to the company and a merger significant enough for him to step down and let others take the lead. That is rare in pennyland and usually, based on experience means they're bringing on something much bigger than what he's capable of managing including the possibility of a company looking to move to trading on the next level. You can say, but that's all speculation and you'd be right.
