Yup, good ole' Vinny's been running share selling scams for years.

He's on the "spinoff" "company" too that has Flabio as the CEO.

I agree, Vincent needs to be put out of business, he's scammed millions of dollars from investors over the years through about 4 or 5 public "companies."

Reference is made to the outstanding EUR 140,000,000 green bond issue with ISIN
NO0010914914 (the “Bond Issue”) maturing in January 2024. Solis is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Alternus Energy Group Plc (EG: ALT) (the “Parent”).

Solis has engaged Pareto Securities AS on a sole basis to explore a potential
refinancing of the Bond Issue.

The refinancing may be completed in conjunction with a sale of certain assets in
Solis.
