Yeah just more BS. There has not been a missed timeline. FDA NDA 60 days has passed with no word from the FDA. Notice the lack of question mark. How do I know. I've done my DD. Next

The FDA has 60 days to accept or reject the NDA application. Since we did not hear anything in regards to rejection, it was most likely accepted.
