It's was a def 14A but was from 2013, not impact now. I see .40 as the next point of resistance and this could easily run to 1-1.50 in the near term. Don't think we'll be seeing 3.80 again as the OS have increased substantially as did the float. I'll call tomorrow to verify most current ss
