ALLM Seems To Be Diluting Itself

Whoever they are handing out shares to is selling to whoever will buy them. VFIN and BKRT have moved the ask to .25 or below.

This is why the company needs revenue on the books sooner than later. Otherwise, Dan and the team will be forced to pay people with money that doesn't exist (so it will turn into hundreds of thousands of shares out the door - perhaps millions)... meaning ALLM shareholders will get screwed.

If there is ever news of real revenue, this stock would skyrocket because of the low float. Unfortunately, those who are selling do not anticipate that ever happening.
