ASTC had $20 million in cash at year end.
They got $6 million in hold back.
The 4th quarter bled $2.5 million in cash, so they likely have around $25 million now.
They have been losing about $2.5 million/quarter.
They have about $1.20 in cash now.
They announced an order with no details.

I'd say they'll be lucky to be worth $1.50/share, and I suspect you'll see it head there this year.
